The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Wednesday, April 1 reveals Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) will want to sit in on Riza Thomson’s (Tina Casciani) poker game.
Also coming up, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will buy some drugs. Plus, Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will pass Riza’s test. And Danny Romalotti (Michael Damian) will make an offer to Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) and Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei).
Y&R spoilers tease Tessa will approach Daniel at Crimson Lights. They’ll sit down and trade sob stories about his mom and her wife. Then he’ll take out his guitar and Tessa will sing. Danny will walk in but they won’t see him. He’ll hide around a corner and listen.
Danny will approach them and suggest they cut an album and he’d love to produce it. He’ll ask them to go to Barcelona with him, they can play at a private club. “What do you say?” Tessa will be in. And Daniel will say yes, but to travelling only. So, Danny will take off to book everything.
Y&R Daily Scoop – She Changed When Nick And Billy Saved Them
Meanwhile, Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) will talk to her kids on the phone about dropping off Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) at the psyche facility. Then she’ll sit down at an outdoor table at the Chancellor Park Cafe and cry a little bit. Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will come along and ask what happened.
Sharon will say nothing’s wrong and Phyllis will take it the wrong way. But Sharon will thank her for caring. However, she’ll once again berate her for stealing Newman. She’ll add that she’ll never understand how she could do this to Summer.
“Don’t you ever mention my daughter,” Phyllis will reply. Once again she’ll say everyone gets a free pass but her. “Because I was able to win this time.” Sharon will ask if it’s worth it to gain Newman yet lose her kid’s trust and support.
Phyllis will say she wants it all. “Everything I knew I wanted when we were stuck in that cell, left to die,” she’ll add. “And then when Nick and Billy came and they saved us, I changed.” Sharon will say everyone is upset with her because they care. “Unconditional love seems to apply to everyone else in this town except me,” Phyllis will reply.
In their Vegas suite, Adam will try to work himself into his spider persona. Nick will act strangely and Adam will be suspicious and ask him what’s going on. Nick will say he has too much time on his hands. “All I do is sit here and think about Matt Clark.”
Adam will leave for his poker game. Then Joe will come to the door with Justin. He’ll introduce them and leave. Justin will ask Nick what he wants. “I think we both know the answer to that,” he’ll reply. He’ll lie and say he’s having a party and needs enough drugs for six or seven people. Justin will hand him the baggie and a little extra something.
Young And The Restless Scoop – Riza Tells Spider He Should Focus On Her
In her suite, Riza will hear a knock on the door and ask who it is. The person on the other side will say room service in a squeaky voice. Riza will tell them it’s the wrong room, she didn’t order anything. When she opens the door, Matt will be standing there. “April fools,” he’ll say, pulling her into a passionate kiss.
Matt will ask if he can sit in on the private game she’s holding. He can pretend to be a waiter. But she’ll tell him her clients don’t like outsiders watching. “How about you just deal me in,” he’ll suggest. Riza will tell him the game is closed.
“You don’t want me around because your good buddy is back in town,” Matt will reply. Riza will say she wants to see if he’s still got the chops. It’s an investment. Matt will say he really wants to meet this guy. But then he’ll get a text and tell Riza he has to head out.
Adam and the other players will arrive soon after and Spider will clean up. “Welcome back Spider,” Riza will tell him. After the other players leave, Adam will ask what their next move is. Riza will say not so fast, she has a partner she needs to consult.
“Who is this guy, maybe I’ve heard of him?” Adam will ask. “You never wanted a partner before, what changed?” Riza will say she needed a partner after he left Vegas. Adam will say he looks forward to meeting him. “He said the same about you,” she’ll reply, but she’ll decide when. “I need you to focus on me.” And she’ll kiss him again.
